Keeping Your Account Secure

You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. b4bet will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login details. User Obligations & Responsibilities

Platform Usage Rules

Payments & Transactions
Deposits
All transactions on b4bet are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the reversal of funds and account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. b4bet does not charge additional fees for standard deposits, although your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which b4bet accepts no responsibility. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a source in your name will be subject to investigation before being credited to your account balance.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. Before any withdrawal is approved, b4bet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of address, in line with our anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are communicated clearly within the platform. b4bet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a security review or fraud investigation. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b4bet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. b4bet does not make any warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information, content, or services available on the platform. Odds, markets, and game outcomes are governed by independent systems and are provided without guarantee of specific results. You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and risk. b4bet is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content. Nothing in these terms shall exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by Philippine law.
Account Suspension & Closure
b4bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: provision of false registration information, underage gambling, use of automated tools or bots, suspected money laundering or fraud, collusion, abuse of promotional offers, or any other behaviour that threatens the integrity of the platform or other players. Upon suspension or closure for breach, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation, and confirmed bonus funds or winnings derived from fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance in the account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks have been completed. If you request self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools, your account will be restricted for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be reopened during that time, even at your own request. b4bet may also close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period; prior to doing so, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details registered on your account. Intellectual Property Rights

Game results provided by third-party random number generators (RNGs) are final and binding, subject to our standard dispute resolution process. b4bet does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of third-party odds feeds, statistics, or any other supplementary data displayed on the platform.
